1. Eligibility
Sicklerville Spring Fling (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of New Jersey who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, participating vendors (if any), their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the family and household members of such individuals are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is: (a) governed by these official rules (the “Official Rules”), (b) void where prohibited or restricted by law, (c) subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and (d) subject to the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be binding. By entering, you agree that you have read and consent to be bound by these Official Rules, and Sponsor’s privacy policy, available here. Eligibility is conditioned on the acceptance of these Official Rules and Sponsor’s privacy policy at time of entry.
2. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Spark Car Wash, located at 30 Maple Street, Suite 2, Summit, New Jersey 07901 (“Sponsor”).
3. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a Prize (as defined herein) is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
4. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on May 13, 2024 at 8am EST and ends on May 19, 2024 at 3pm EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device. All entries must be submitted and received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.
5. How to Enter
Membership Entries
Membership Entries will be accepted at Spark Car Wash, 586 Berlin – Cross Keys Rd., Sicklerville, New Jersey 08081 (“Sicklerville Location”) for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period using any of the following methods:
- Existing Members: Be a current active member of Spark Car Wash’s unlimited program at the Sicklerville location during the Sweepstakes Period and be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes.
- New Members: Purchase a new membership at the Sicklerville Location during the Sweepstakes Period.
(each, a “Membership Entry”)
Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per membership for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person, e-mail address, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Alternate Method of Entry
AMOE Entries may be submitted by mailing in a 3”x5” card with your full name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email address to Spark Car Wash, The Spring Fling Sweepstakes, Attn: Marketing Department, 30 Maple Street, Summit, NJ 07901 (an “AMOE Entry”).
Membership Entries and AMOE Entries are collectively the “Entries.”
False or deceptive Entries or acts, as determined by Sponsor(s), will render the entrant ineligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected Entries, all of which are void. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the membership associated with the winning Entry. All Entries must be received by Sponsor on or before 3pm EST on May 19, 2024 to be eligible. All Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor(s), and none will be acknowledged or returned.
6. Prize Drawing
On or about May 19, 2024, the Sponsor will select two (2) potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (each, a “Winner”). The drawings will be conducted by Sponsor’s representative or designee, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects. The odds of being selected depend on the number of Entries received. The Sponsor will notify the potential winners via telephone or email on or about May 20, 2024. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the prize notification message is returned as undeliverable or if no response to the prize notification message is received within the time period stated, the Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible Entries.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winners will be notified by email or phone. The potential winner (parent/legal guardian if a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete, electronically sign and submit a Declaration of Compliance/Liability & Publicity Release within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the Prize. If the potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign the Declaration of Compliance/Liability & Publicity Release on the potential winners behalf and fulfill any other requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. The potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is found ineligible, does not comply with these Official Rules, or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the Prize will remain un-awarded. If the confirmed Winner(s) forfeits the Prize for any reason after confirmation, no alternate winner will be selected. In no event will more than one (1) Prize be awarded. If, for any reason, more than one (1) prize notification(s) is/are sent (or more than one (1) claim(s) is/are received), Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
8. Prizes
Two (2) prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes (one Prize per Winner in the order the Winners are drawn). The Prizes consist of and are limited to the following:

One (1) Winner will receive a $500 check.
Prize 2
One (1) Winner will receive a $500 gift card for car detailing with Flash Mobile Detailing
(each, a “Prize” and together, the “Prizes”)
9. General Conditions; Caution
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, award the Prizes at random from among the eligible Entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) AND ANY OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability; Waiver
10By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties)” from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prizes (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Sweepstakes, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) any other errors or problems in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the Winners, the cancellation or postponement of the event and/or the flyover, if applicable, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (e) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize
(including any travel or activity related thereto). Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Entrant waives the right to: (i) claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages (whether due to negligence or otherwise), other than for actual out of pocket expenses; and (ii) have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New Jersey. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New Jersey.

13. Warranty and Indemnity
Each entrant represents and warrants that their Entry is original, that they are the sole and exclusive owner and right holder of the submitted Entry, and that they have the right to submit the Entry in the Sweepstakes. Each entrant further represents and warrants that their Entry does not (1) infringe any third-party proprietary, intellectual property, industrial property, personal rights or other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or confidentiality obligation; (2) include any personally identifiable information of any person other than entrant; or (3) otherwise violate any applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each entrant indemnifies and agrees to keep indemnified the Released Parties at all times from and against any liability, actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses for or in respect of which the Released Parties may become liable by reason of or related or incidental to any act, default or omission by an entrant under these Official Rules including without limitation resulting from or in relation to any breach, non-observance, act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of these Official Rules by an entrant.
14. Elimination
Any false information provided within the context of the Sweepstakes by any entrant concerning identity, postal address, telephone number, ownership of right or noncompliance with these Official Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the entrant from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any Entry that it believes in its sole and unfettered discretion infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules.
15. No Third-party Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association with any person or other entity, including any third party, other than Sponsor. NAMES, LOGOS AND OTHER MATERIALS ARE USED FOR PURPOSES OF SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR PRIZE DESCRIPTION ONLY. ALL TRADEMARKS, SERVICE MARKS, TRADE NAMES, TRADE DRESS, PRODUCT NAMES AND LOGOS APPEARING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE THE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS; USE DOES NOT IMPLY AFFILIATION OR ENDORSEMENT.
16. Severability
If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
17. Winner List
To request the name of the Winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked by August 23, 2024 to Spark Car Wash, Spring Fling Sweepstakes Winner, Attn: Marketing Department, 30 Maple Street, Suite 2, Summit, NJ 07901.
