(“Sponsor”)

2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

3. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD
Begins June 20, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends June 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

5. HOW TO ENTER
Entrants may enter by:
(a) scanning the official Giveaway QR code at a participating Spark Car Wash location and completing the official entry form; or
(b) completing the official online entry form through official Spark Car Wash promotional links, including Instagram bio links, stories, posts, and other official Spark digital communications.

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of email address, phone number, device, or method of entry.

6. WINNER SELECTION
A random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about June 26, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. TAXES
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may require completion of tax documentation and will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC or other required tax reporting forms where required by law.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be contacted via email and must respond within seven (7) calendar days.

10. ALTERNATE WINNERS
If a selected winner fails to respond, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, fails verification, or is otherwise ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

11. PRIZE PICKUP
Prizes must be picked up at the winner’s nearest Spark Car Wash location. Sponsor is not responsible for transportation, assembly, installation, loading, delivery, or use of prizes. Prizes must be picked up within 30-days of notification.

12. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, image, city/state, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

13. GRILL LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Sponsor makes no warranties regarding the Blackstone grill. Winner assumes all risks associated with transport, assembly, maintenance, storage, and use. Sponsor shall not be liable for any injury, death, property damage, fire, or loss arising from ownership or use of the grill.

14. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, franchisees, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

15. FRAUD AND TAMPERING
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses bots, submits false information, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

16. VERIFICATION RIGHTS
Sponsor reserves the right to verify identity, age, residency, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules before awarding any prize.

17. TECHNICAL FAILURES
Sponsor is not responsible for interrupted internet service, failed transmissions, website issues, software malfunctions, QR code failures, or any technical issues that may affect participation.

18. FORCE MAJEURE
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control interfere with administration of the promotion.

19. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages. Any recovery shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering the Giveaway.

20. PRIVACY
Information collected may be used for Giveaway administration, winner verification, and marketing purposes consistent with applicable law and Sponsor policies.

21. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

22. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. Entrants waive any right to participate in a class action proceeding.

23. WINNER LIST REQUESTS
Requests for a winner list must be submitted within sixty (60) days after the June 26, 2026 drawing date and mailed to:
