Limited-Time Signature Wash Buy One, Get One Free Offer

By purchasing a qualifying Signature Wash during the Promotion Period, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). This promotion is a one-time offer. It is not a membership and does not create any recurring charge.

Definitions and Key Terms

“Promotion” means Spark Car Wash’s Signature Wash Buy One, Get One Free offer described in these Terms.

“Promotion Period” means October 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026, during each Spark Car Wash location’s regular hours of operation.

“Participating Location” means any Spark Car Wash location in New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania that is open and operating during the Promotion Period.

“Signature Wash” means Spark Car Wash’s top-tier single retail wash package, as posted at the pay station of each Participating Location.

“Qualifying Purchase” means the purchase of one (1) single Signature Wash at the regular posted retail price, plus applicable taxes, at the pay station or kiosk of a Participating Location during the Promotion Period, that meets all requirements of these Terms.

“Free Wash Barcode” means the single-use promotional barcode printed on the receipt for a Qualifying Purchase. It is redeemable for one (1) Signature Wash at no charge.

1. Offer Description

For each Qualifying Purchase made during the Promotion Period, the customer will receive one (1) Free Wash Barcode, printed on the purchase receipt. The Free Wash Barcode may be redeemed for one (1) Signature Wash at any Participating Location, subject to these Terms.

2. Qualifying Purchases; Phone Number Requirement; Text Messages

Only single retail Signature Wash purchases made at a Participating Location pay station or kiosk qualify. The following do not qualify:

• Washes redeemed through an unlimited membership;
• Wash books, prepaid wash packages, or gift cards;
• Fleet account washes;
• Washes paid for with another promotional code, coupon, or Free Wash Barcode; or
• Lower-tier wash packages, including Standard or Select.

Current Spark Car Wash members may participate by making a Qualifying Purchase. A wash redeemed under an existing membership is not a Qualifying Purchase.

Phone Number Requirement. A valid mobile phone number must be entered at the pay station for a purchase to be a Qualifying Purchase. The phone number is used to issue and track the Free Wash Barcode and apply the limit in Section 4. It is handled according to Spark Car Wash’s Privacy Policy, available at https://sparkcarwash.com/privacy-policy/.

Text Messages. Customers may separately choose to receive marketing text messages from Spark Car Wash. Agreeing to receive marketing texts is optional and is not a condition of this Promotion or of any purchase. Text messaging is governed by Spark Car Wash’s SMS Terms & Conditions, available at https://sparkcarwash.com/sms-terms-conditions/. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

3. Redemption

Expiration. The Free Wash Barcode must be redeemed within fourteen (14) days after the date of the Qualifying Purchase. It expires at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the fourteenth (14th) day after the purchase date. The expiration date will be printed on the receipt.

How to Redeem. Scan the Free Wash Barcode at the pay station of any Participating Location.

Transferable. The Free Wash Barcode may be given to another person and used on any eligible vehicle.

Single Use. Each Free Wash Barcode is valid for one (1) Signature Wash only. Once scanned and redeemed, it is void.

Redemption After the Promotion Period. A Free Wash Barcode issued during the Promotion Period may be redeemed after the Promotion Period ends, as long as it is redeemed before its expiration date.

4. Limits

Limit one (1) Qualifying Purchase, and therefore one (1) Free Wash Barcode, per phone number per calendar day, across all Participating Locations. Additional Signature Wash purchases on the same day using the same phone number will be charged at the regular retail price and will not generate a Free Wash Barcode. Using multiple or false phone numbers to get around this limit is misuse under Section 8. A calendar day runs from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Redeeming a Free Wash Barcode does not count toward this limit.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Expired Barcodes

Spark Car Wash is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, or expired receipts or Free Wash Barcodes. These will not be replaced, reissued, or extended, except that Spark Car Wash may, at its discretion, reissue a Free Wash Barcode upon verification of a Qualifying Purchase through its point-of-sale records.

6. No Cash Value; No Combining

Promotional Item Only. The Free Wash Barcode is a promotional item issued at no separate charge. It has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. No change will be given.

No Exchanges or Upgrades. The Free Wash Barcode may not be exchanged for a different wash package, a membership, or any other product or service. Add-on services, if available, are charged at regular prices.

No Combining. The Promotion may not be combined with any other offer, discount, coupon, or promotion unless Spark Car Wash states otherwise in writing.

7. Refunds

If the Qualifying Purchase is refunded, charged back, or reversed, the associated Free Wash Barcode will be voided. If the Free Wash Barcode has already been redeemed, the refund may be reduced by the value of the free wash, where permitted by law.

8. Fraud, Duplication, and Misuse

Spark Car Wash may take the following actions to protect against fraud, duplication, and misuse:

• Free Wash Barcodes that are copied, duplicated, altered, reproduced, sold, or obtained through fraud or misuse are void;
• Only the first valid scan of a Free Wash Barcode will be honored; and
• Spark Car Wash may void any Free Wash Barcode and decline redemption if it determines, in good faith and based on reasonable evidence, that the barcode was obtained or used in violation of these Terms.

9. Vehicle Eligibility and Site Availability

All washes are subject to Spark Car Wash’s standard vehicle eligibility requirements, safety requirements, site availability, and hours of operation. If a location is temporarily closed due to weather, maintenance, or other circumstances, the Free Wash Barcode may be redeemed at any other open Participating Location before its expiration date. Temporary closures do not extend the expiration date.

10. Taxes

Applicable taxes on the Qualifying Purchase are the customer’s responsibility. The free wash is provided at no charge, and no tax is collected on redemption.

11. Modification or Termination of the Promotion

Spark Car Wash may modify, suspend, or end the Promotion at any time, with or without notice. Any Free Wash Barcode issued before such a change will be honored according to the Terms in effect when it was issued, through its printed expiration date.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spark Car Wash, its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the Promotion.

Spark Car Wash’s maximum liability related to the Promotion shall not exceed the regular retail price of one (1) Signature Wash, except that nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights, statutory remedies, or other rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. General

These Terms are intended to comply with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, including applicable laws in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
